Sebastian Gerald Bernstein

Our son, Sebastian Gerald Bernstein was born on 06/05/08 at 5:05 PM. He was 6lbs 15 oz and 19.5 inches.

Angelica is doing well…lazy dad has come home to feed/check up on the dogs. The ‘event’ took ~35hrs (induction). It was unbelievably painful for Angelica (words can not describe what it was like to watch her screaming in pain), especially for ~ 4 hours when she was contracting hard, but they would NOT allow any pain mitigation. Eventually they were allowed to give her an epidural and things went well after that. Unfortunately, Sebastian was rushed to the NICU due to some lung issue and did not spend any real time with Angelica that entire evening. At present (~ 2 days later) he remains in the NICU but is doing much better. He should be all better and home soon….
